At Jagtereho, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully review our Return and Refund Policy to understand the conditions and process for returns, replacements, and refunds.

Return Policy

• Eligibility for Returns/Replacement:
  Returns/replacements are accepted only on selected products and must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Eligibility for returns/replacements will be clearly mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.

• Conditions for Return:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns will only be processed after the product passes our quality check.

• Return Charges:

  • The first replacement or return is free of charge.
  • For any subsequent replacements or returns related to the same order, a fee of ₹100 will be charged for forward or reverse shipping.

Replacement Policy

• All products are eligible for replacement subject to stock availability.
• Replacement products will be dispatched only after the returned product successfully passes our quality check.
• The replacement product will be delivered to the same address as the original delivery. The address cannot be changed for any transactions related to the order.

Refund Policy

• Refund Method:
  Refunds will be issued in the form of a shopping voucher that can be redeemed on future purchases on our website.

  • Important: No refunds will be made to your bank account or any payment mode.

• The shopping voucher will be issued once the returned product passes our quality check.

Process for Returns and Replacements

2. Pack the product securely and provide it to the delivery agent during the reverse pickup.
3. Once the product passes our quality check, we will dispatch the replacement or issue the shopping voucher within 7 working days.

Important Notes

• Returns and replacements will be processed only for the original delivery address used for the order.
• Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Jagtereho reserves the right to reject returns or replacements if the product fails the quality check or is found to be ineligible for return.
